    It is a bit surprising to see this request. Of course, there're a lot of threads here dedicated to EU and some small countries, but Latvia and all the things concerned is a rare subject here. Fortunetely for you, I can recommend something good here since I am from Latvia and I went through the whole thing myself. This will help you with Latvian VAT registration . That's the best option for you.

    I highly recommend GUF and Breicis, they helped for my companies last year very much! Also helped with VAT registration in Latvia.
