It’s about smarter human-to-human communication, not the number of meetings. Using visual dashboards instead of spreadsheets saved my sanity and my money and relationships with an actually good trader. If your trader can’t explain their strategy in 3 wods, keep looking for something else. Trust is built on clarity, not complexity. This guide is my go-to for cutting through the noise
