Diet changes for low energy and libido

Hey, this is kinda personal but I’ve been struggling with low energy and low libido for a while now. I’ve tried working out more and sleeping better, but I feel like my diet might be letting me down. Has anyone made specific food changes that actually helped in this area? I’m not looking for miracle cures, just real advice.

Re: Diet changes for low energy and libido

I’ve been there, and it’s frustrating. A friend of mine actually shared an article a while back that really opened my eyes — it’s all about effective diet tips for men struggling with low libido. It doesn’t push supplements or crazy restrictions, just practical food choices and nutrients that support hormone health and energy levels. It talks about things like zinc-rich foods, healthy fats, and what to avoid without being overly preachy. Helped me a lot when I felt stuck. Here’s the link if you want to check it out: http://www.saludjuicery.com/post/effective-diet-tips-for-men-who-are-struggling-with-low-libido
