I successfully lost 25 lbs since starting keto. I have always been a gym rat for the past 25 years but always had a layer of fat hiding my hard work. Ate what I thought was a healthy diet but it was always a struggle to lose any of the layer of fat. I started a calorie restricted, portion controlled diet in Feb 2019 and managed to lose about 15 lbs in 5 months.

Great results! Congrats! I heard that there are some products that can help loose weight pretty fast.
