Yes, I think I can help. well, I am sure that I can help since I took out a mortgate two years ago, and it was perfect as mortgage can be. I am sure that other people will have other suggestion and I don't have a comaprative analisis to offer- just my bare experience, so I don't want to argue wich option is the best here.
