Serious design project
And for a serious project I need serious designers that will work on branding, web site, general design tasks. Which agency should I consider? Share your experiences, please.

I got you there. And it warms my heart to see people trying to do their best for design and usability, maybe it will make the Internet prettier in general one day. As for suggestions, here you will find a design agency for startups .
